I am disgusted having read past experiences at this store and have had a similar experience. we walked into the mall and decided on said store, i then after sitting for nearly 10 minutes and not being attended to i decided to walk to GAME, upon my return I was shocked to find my wife's and kids drinks order, but nothing on the table. I placed my order and yet my order arrived with the other drinks, but order incomplete. we then placed the meal order (mine) as the kids have been placed and the waiter, Brandan, advised the other drink is on its way (the drink order was placed together and they can't get 3 x kid Sprite right), when my main order Pizza arrived I then asked about the kids meals as this was ordered way in advance of mine and I was told "they made a mistake", The manager cutting the Pizza behind the oven is eating away which seem like olives, and after spitting pips in her hands, cutting pizza as well, hair hanging loose with no hair net? does this only apply to certain staff? i am disgusted and assure you that i am testing another store and having driven from the northern suburbs to monitor this is unacceptable and thus will never be seen in this store again, no matter.
