On 4/04 I placed an order online for a Pizza from the Norwood store. A few minutes after placing the order, I was called to be told that the order came through to the store from head office but no details came through so I had to give them all my details again which I did. I then assumed that all was in order... Then my mom was smsed that there was a problem with the order so she just went to the store to purchase the Pizza herself. She then came home to discover that they had already delivered a pizza and charged her...
She spoke to Yassim who said that he'd get back to her on 5/03 to arrange a refund.
Still haven't heard from him...
