I recently went to Doppio Zero for coffee, Monday the 23 December. I stood around waiting to be seated for about 8 min as they were busy with changeover! Really, since when does a client wait to be seated due to a change of shifts? I then called over the manager to address the matter and this was the shocking part, he didn't introduce himself, he didn't have a name tag on and he didn't apologize.
Now, as South Africans we have become complacent with this kind of shocking service and done nothing about it. I've had enough, you cannot expect to run a successful business if this is the service that you offer the people!
I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the shocking service that I received there!
