Myself and two colleagues decided to go to the Santa Ana Spur for dinner.
The most shocking experience I have encountered in terms of disgusting service. Having been seated for 10 minutes, we asked twice for a waiter. A gentleman known as Luki, who later identified himself as the manager, was cleaning the table next door and pulled out a chair and bumped me quite hard while busy, without apologising. He then proceeded to tell us that we must "just wait our turn" in a very rude tone. We waited for 55 minutes without any food arriving! People that ordered before us came, ate and left and we were still waiting. We called on the waiter multiple times and eventually asked for the manager. Eventually after 10 minutes waiting, the manager still did not come to table! We went to the front desk and I demanded the details of the owner or someone in charge of the branch. This is when "Luki" identified himself quite rudely as the manager saying we could leave if not happy. I found this totally unacceptable and demanded he get an owner on the phone, as his very poor attitude was not ok. Someone else emerged identifying himself as the manager. I am still waiting on a call as promised.
