I went to Burger King Cape Gate earlier today; the queue wasn't too long... but when I got in the line just didnt move... but there were many BK employees running around like headless chickens... for what i don't know when you only have two tills open and the one lady says its her first day and she is struggling??? Two tills open at 11:30 when the center is packed... come now! No wonder the queue wasnt long- people were walking away due to the wait! I was forth and it took me 25min before I got to the till... ITS CALLED FAST FOOD FOR A REASON!!
When I eventually got to the till and placed my cash on counter in front of the cashier she proceeded to have a conversation with her colleague- and she clearly expected me to wait till she was done with her social conversation.. I had to pick up my money and shove it right in front of her for her to take it and complete my order!!!
The wait for the food wasn't long - thank goodness... but when I got the food - I was again disappointed - the lettuce was brown, limp and a little slimy... it was disgusting
Over Burger King... service bad and old food... no thanks
