I went to Spur in Clearwater Mall on Saturday 18/1. After sitting down at the table, we waited about 7 min before our waitress Sandra came to our table to service us. At no point did she introduce herself as the waitress that will be assisting us. She took our order and brought the drink. When order our foods and made it very clear of what we wanted. While we were sitting and waiting for our foods, our drinks were finished and Sandra nowhere to be found. I waited 15 min hoping she would come around, but that was wishful thinking and i had to call another waiter and ask him to call Sandra. When the food eventually, she placed it and left again. Only when our plates were finished she decided to make another turn at our table. What happen to check if the food is ok? No waiter or manager actually came around to ask if everything was in order. Well, at the end my order was not as i wanted and i made it very clear to the manager who eventually came around of my dissatisfaction. End of the day, Spur in Clearwater Mall is the WORST in SA. Go to Key West Spur, they know what service is. I will never go there again!!
