On Sunday 2013-12-22 at 21:00 I was at the drive thru KFC at Promenade Mall & bought a family box meal. My order number was 136 & when I got home I discovered that I had normal fillets on my burgers instead of zingers. I immediately called the store & spoke to Irifaan the manager who apologised for the mistake of his staff & he insisted that I come around anytime to have my meals replaced even after I said that it was'nt necessary. On Monday 2013-12-23 at 20:00 I went to the same store to collect the replacement meals with my wife & daughter & I spoke to manager Shanaaz. I waited for the order & after receiving the order & we were about to leave the store, the manager shouted out loud to me that the next time I come to the store then I must first ask for the manager before I buy anything. I ASKED HER WHY & SHE SAID BECAUSE MR. HENDRICKS ORDERS ARE WRONG EVERYTIME while there was other customers in the store. I FELT VERY HUMILIATED AS I'VE COMPLAINT ABOUT UNSATISFACTORY FOOD BEFORE I decided not to comment & left the store. When we got home we threw the food for our dogs based on her statement because we don't know if they did something to the food. I WILL NEVER BUY FOOD THERE AGAIN!!!
