On holiday in Cape Town, went to KFC, ordered 8 PC family meal, sprinkle pops, with zinger sauce & sachet, waited for 1hr Mandkenkosi was on till, sindiswa taking orders out, as she skipped my number & called others, asked her how come I ve waited so long, the guy at the till asked her y she skipped me, she responded in Xhosa, that u should have taken out the order urself, asked for a manager, was told they worked without 1, as he has knocked off it was 6pm, & they told me they worked with skeleton staff as manager refuses to add mo ppl, when my order came it was wrong, with extra things that. I didn't order, made Sindi aware, asked for my zinger sauce, she told me they not allowed to give that out, bt they charged me 4 it, told her I buy it always in Jhb, by then everybody was complaining, others bringing in wrong orders!!! Sindiswa didn't seem to care more apologised to any1!!! FEEL SORRY 4OWNER must b loosing a fortune. All staff looked lyk trainees, NEVA SEEN SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE IN ANY KFC, OWner WAKE UP
