I cant believe it, twice in one week I have bought kfc in Silverton and the service, delivery and food was bad.
The firt time I ordered corn in a tub and 1 twister, when I asked for butter for the corn, the lady at the drive trough told me the corn in a tub comes without butter and this complaint was given to the store manager Cornelius on Monday. On Wednesday we ordered a family treat and it was as delivery requested at 11:50 the order was placed at 12:20 on the slip. We called the delivery call centre and they told us we just need to wait.By the time (13:00) our food came after the driver called for directions. Our food was cold, delivery late and coleslaw sour. The delivery guy Patrick had a bad attitude and he had no idea where we are based although the store manager told us he has a map. We are based one street below them. This is unacceptable!!!
