This is now one of this moments where I had it up to my armpits with KFC in Hermanus! After not going to this branch for a few months due to poor service, I thought to give them another chance.
This evening I went to the drive thru to order some food for my family. Got the order and went home. As we unpacked the meal at home, we were highly disappointed to see that the chips packets were not even half full. I called the branch and spoke to a Judith that informed me that she will speak to her manager and get back to me. I explained to them that I live 15 km away from the store. Judith's answer to me was that I can have a packet of chips whenever I pass the store again! I paid for the food NOW, so we need it NOW!! I requested for the manager Pieter to call me back. Needless to say this did not happen.
I drove back to the store and confronted Judith to have the number of the manager or the store owner. She told me that she can not help me with this. I was standing there with my hands chopped of not getting any help to my situation that I was unhappy as a customer!
I logged a complaint with KFC Head office and hope that they will at least sort this out!
Never again KFC!!!
