I have been to number of restaurants around the world. This one charges you a hospitality fee on you bill of 10%. when I asked the waiter that it is my choice he reply was simple " THATS HOW THEY DO IT HERE, IF YOU DONT LIKE IT YOU MUST NOT EAT HERE AND NEXT TIME ASK AT THE DOOR".
On the menu it says if you are 8 people and over and we were only 2 adults and 3 kids.
The said waiters name was Phumlani.
Please don't go to this place, the better option would be the Cape town Fish market or even Ocean Basket at the Gateway, there service was much better and the food was better.
For this reason I will never go to any of there restaurants again.
