My family and i went for dinner to Ocean Basket Montecasino for my nieces birthday... We were separated between two tables, one for the kids and the other for the adults... The kids ordered their food first, most of them ordering calamari and prawns. When the food was brought to the kids, we noticed that the prawns smelt bad and were off. We sent them back and the waiter brought the kids fresher prawns.Us adults ordered fish, prawns and calamari. the prawns were brought to us off for a second time and when we called the manager too complain she gave us such a BAD attitude saying that the prawns were fine and we didnt know what we were talking about. My girlfreind ordered fish and it was pretty evident that it was cooked in old oil and it was full of bones, the manager justified by saying that " the famous hake is filleted and will always have bones" everything we complained about to the manager she would argue with us... I have to say that was the worst dinning experience i have ever had in my life and possibly the rudest, most ignorant manager we have ever had to deal with... i will never eat at an Ocean Basket again let alone the one in Montecasino...
