It takes alot for me to approach Hellopeter as it illustrates the pathetic service i received from Ocean Basket in Gateway. I've taken my parents for supper and experienced the Worst! service ever..
Firstly there was no designated waiter. I had to keep repeating my orders to different waiters.
When the food finally arrived, a number of items ordered was not received.
A family member didn't even receive his food at all.
a tiny bowl of sauce that is served to 1 person, was served to 5 adults.even after speaking to the waiter.
To add a cherry on the top, we were being charged for food we didn't even receive.
I know Ocean Basket of the excellent food and service they provide, but its branches like Umhlanga-Gateway that leaves a bitter taste and gives a bad name to the franchise as a whole.
This was an extremely frustrating and ugly experience at this branch, where i will never visit again!
I will definitely extend poor recommendations of this place!
