When ordering 2 portions of chicken strip cheesers (as I have since it came out) I got home with my order and the chicken was off, over cooked and rock hard, phoned them and their reply: "our chicken came in today and can not be off, will have to phone our suppliers and find out, can't help you now as we are closing, phone in the morning and speak to one of the owners". Like really??? Where is the customer service and how about "can we take your details and sort it out for you"??? Looks like by them the customer is never right and can't be helped as they are closing. Maybe I got the batch that was made in a hurry as they don't care because its home time. Nice that your staff don't care and chase your customers away!!! And why if I LOVE it so much and know how it tastes would I complain about it, I don't want free food, I just want too enjoy my meal when I get home and be satisfied. I just got the opposite. Angry as!!!
