Worst service

I am absolutely livid. Worst service from Ocean Basket. On the 27 of November 2013, I went to the Ocean Basket Kenilworth. The waiter was Michelle Choto. I ordered a fish and rice, onion rings and butternut & spinach. When the food arrived it was brought to the table by a different waiter. Only the fish and rice and onion rings arrived. The butternut and spinach never arrived. I then proceeded looking for our waiter but she was nowhere to be seen. I asked another waiter to assist us but was told that she cannot help us because we are not sitting in her section. I continued with the meal and the butternut and spinach never arrived. The waiter not once came to the table to check up on us. We ask 4 different waiters to bring us the bill, but no one responded. After 15min of waiting for a waiter to bring us our bill, we got up and kept standing in the restaurant until a fifth waiter came to us and asked why we are standing. He brought us the bill and we saw that were charged for the butternut & spinach. We could not even dispute this because our waiter was still missing. I had to pay. I will definitely never go there again and will strongly advise everyone I know against ever setting food
