I ordered 2 pizzas. When the order was delivered, I received 2 of the same pizza. I then reported the problem and the manager on duty insured me that they would send me a new pizza as the lady responsible admitted to making the mistake. Upon the arrival of the new pizza the badly mannered driver expected the incorrectly supplied pizza back. As I do not beleve in letting some people eat and having others watch while being around the same table, I found this to be somewhat disturbing. I then asked the driver for the name of the manager on duty, wich he then after the 5th time I asked gave me, I phoned the manager Mike who then with a bad attitude insisted on there policy of having the incorrect pizza returned. As I could not beleve that they would expect that, I requested that the owner Angello give me a call. shortly after Angello phoned me back and with the same bad attitude as his staff told me that they expected the pizza back. I would suggest that the manager explain the policy to the customer at the very least. But honestly the policy does not make sence. Also even when requested specifically the drivers never bring change, and the double cheese they suggest is a joke.
