Incomptent Staff

I placed and order at 7 for 3 pizza, the driver arrived, my husband went out and paid him R240.00 plus tip for the pizza.

I checked and the pizza we received were not what we ordered, when we phoned to advise them about this problem, they then took my order and again and said that new pizzas would be made and delivered, up until now 8:52 we have still not received our pizza.

We asked for a manager and he is not in, we asked for the owner and he is not in, what company operates with out proper management.

We asked that they now return our money and are still waiting - we have not eaten, whaiting in antisapation for our food, which we will not get

we have paid for an item and did not received what we ordered as a client i expect to get what i ordered and paid for and in this case have not received any help to rectify the matter.

Paying R240.00 for pizza and being given the run around like this is, is a perfect example of employing incompetent staff.
