I ordered a pizza at 19:00 the 26 of February for a delivery. After two hour I phoned the manager to find out what the problem was. He said that he did not know, He asked me what he should do about it (manager does not even apologise. Twenty minutes after that the driver phones and asked for directions, he had not left the shop yet. It is unacceptable that a driver can't read a map. Three hour later we cancelled the ordered from Scooters, The manager still did not apologise. Scooters had made our pizza and delivered it when debonairs arrived no one told the driver that the pizza was cancelled. He took the pizzas back with him.
I am a big fan of debonairs but the service and attitude was so bad that I will not be going there anytime soon. I don't like complaining but this was ridiculous.
