We ordered some pizzas today at work and waited almost two hours for our pizza. On arrival the dot was black. We then disputed as Debonairs claims that if its black its free. Not in this case. The delivery man called the branch alerting them of this, and the manager Meshack refused and said we must pay or the orders will be returned to the store. This is not what the public is being told on your adverts and serviettes that come along with the pizza's. This is totally mis leading!!! The delivery guy then started swearing Meshack and the whole office literally heard the conversation. This is totally unacceptable and it is is no way to treat your customers! Step up Debonairs!!! You have lost my vote and trust in you. Totally pathetic service!
