Bad sevice

I ordred a pizza telephonically and i went to pick it up and to my suprise the pizza order was wrong and however i was requested to confirm if the teller did'nt repeat the order and i said she did but the funny part is i spoke to the manager on duty that time and he said to me i will have to pay for the wrong pizza and the pizza i actually wanted. There manager on duty showed no professionalism and if they could'nt assist im sure there was a better way of adressing this i could have understood ut the attitude i got was totally out
