I ordered food to go and always ask for "soul fire" on 3 occasions ive been disappointed when i get home. Today i had my doubts of ordering again due to the disappointments, which miraculously was the case, i took back the food. Upon doing so, 1 piece of the 2 was replaced. But the other one wasnt. Cashier called me to the window and told me that they cant exchange it because i bit into it. Heres my question, how on earth can one tell if they get what they wanted without tasting the food they ordered? Was the cashier suggesting that if i didnt bite into it but still touched it they were going to serve it to someone else? It became clear that they are not accustomed to returns or complaints. The service at that particular brach is pathetic and needs IMMEDIATE ATTENTION! They later changed my order after an argument about the food i bit into. Why does a customer have to argue over something that they dont have control over? Pathetic!!!
