I am really appalled at the service I received from Chicken licken in Randburg, we send someone to buy us food there, when the person came back with our food, the chicken was so burned and dry it looked like it was from yesterday. I then called the shop, and spoke to Mpho who said there is nothing they can do when I complained that they us sold stale chicken, and that it is not fresh he said they never serve old chicken and the is nothing he can do to come collect I must then drive back to the shop. I am really not happy about this and very disappointed at the service I received and will am telling everyone on my social network never to buy from your chicken licken.
The person I spoke to Mpho who is think is the supervisor just told me Sam the store owner is not there and he can't do anything. I am really disappointed that i spend R35 on such back food.
