I wanted 8 wings & milkshake 2day so decided to order 2 of the "Hotwing snacks" & milkshake. I was told the milkshake was not double thick yet & was politely shown this by the lady behind the counter pouring it into a cup, bringing it to me & then returning it back into the ice-cream machine. I then canceled my 1st order & instead ordered the "Hot wings meal 8". After a while did I realize everything had been rung up meaning all 3 meals. Before the food was even given to me or even left the kitchen counter top I told the cashier. She then politely called the manager who refused to refund the error saying that the food was prepared already. He refused out right and handed me my food. No apology from him & he actually said the cashier would have confirmed with me, which she didnt. His tone insinuated that I was lying & I had to just deal with. The manner in which the manager dealt with the situation was not satisfying at all. He wasn't willing to go the extra mile or try & accommodate me in any way. Even a heartfelt apology would have sufficed for me. My question is Y is it fine to recycle the ice-cream in front of me & then give me an excuse about not being able to refund the incorrect orde
