The worst nandos experience ever which is resulting in a lost customer, 40mins ago i bought a a quarter chicken and peri crusted wings (simple enough) through the drive thru. i paid and then parked outside the collection window for 20 minutes with nobody attending to me or giving me my food, i finally had to hoot until someone said they waiting for my wings (wings don't take that long to make) meanwhile i was watching food getting passed to people by the bag loads people who only ordered when i was already at the collection window and got thier food before me. finally get my food go back to work to eat and i was given a dry old piece of chicken, i have a photo if you would like to see what was served to me. To top it off it hardly has any sauce. it is disgusting that the people working there see fit to serve such food to your income base. I am very disappointed with the level of service and food presented to me, is this the standard i should expect at nandos now cause then i would rather spend my money elsewhere.
