I visited your store today to buy food for my staff. After i was rudely greeted by Sandiswa and receiving a constant "sigh" with the length of my order (value of 265.00). You would think after spending that amount of money you would get okay service. I was given the completely wrong order. Upon correction of the order (20 minutes later), my food was taken away, I then had to ask for it back. My husband is diabetic and i asked for a coke zero, which i didn't receive. I also didn't receive a toy for my child and had to try explain that to her. I got home and noticed that the packet that she gave back to me was not the 1 she took away originally so I still had the incorrect order as well. This is not the first time I have had rude service from this specific staff member, but it seems that an automated email from you guys is all you have to offer for bad service. I am highly disgusted.
