There was a black child next to me while I was ordering food at McD's K90. She was waiting for her order and complained that she didn't get her milkshake. She was told she didn't order one, but eventually after they checked, she did order one. A staff member (Reneilwe - crew trainer) brought the child's food order, but threw it on the counter and said man". The child had left already, but I called Reneilwe and told her she was rude. She denied swearing, I told her that I definitely heard what she said. She just left to talk to her colleagues. I asked for a manager - a lady who claimed ahe was the manager came & heard my complaint, but did nothing and went to talk to Reneilwe. Reneilwe said "I don't care". I was now furious and shouted to Reneilwe that this is a public place & she is a trainer, so what example is she. Another man came to her to ask what's wrong and she pointed at me. He came to ask what was wrong, I told him what happened. He called her and asked her to apologise. She rudely refused and went back to work. He just left me there and went to speak to her. I took my order and went to eat. Absolutely appalling behaviour... in this current situation in our country!!
