We were placing an order for burger combos which come with chips and a coke when the lady asked if we wanted extra cheese and we said no. After we had paid and received our food we realised there were no chips and they had added the double cheese. Another staff member went to Refiloe to let her know that she got the order wrong and when she eventually decided to attend to us she didn't even to ask if everything was okay but just asked for our card. When we asked if she didn't see fault or apologise she gave us attitude and walked off. Eventually we were assisted by another staff member who apologised. We usually get great service from there but after dealing with such incompetent behaviour we won't be back there anytime soon
