Do we have to unwrap the orders to double check?

On the 18th December at about 2pm I went to the Steers at Northmead Square. There were about 3 costumers in front of me, I ordered a meal on special with cheese and a kiddies cheese burger. Once my order was done I collected and left. As i walked off I doubled checked in the bag and they had forgotten to pack the coke that came with the combo. Thats fine i thought, mistakes happen. Once i got home to devour the burger, I found that I hadn't received what i had paid for. There was no cheese on the burger.
Now Steers aint the cheapest but the food is pretty good. This isn't the first time I've experienced this sort of thing from this branch. Do we now have to unwrap our burgers in the store before we leave. This has just left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm going to think twice about going back . ps my order number was 60 if you would like to check it out. I hope these little annoying things can get sorted out.
