I went to McDonalds in Kuilsriver and I was shocked and completely repulsed by the service of that team.
I had to wait from 08:35 until 09:00 for my order. This has never happened before at a MCD's as long as I have been eating there... The staff were all over the place and didn't look like they know what they are doing there.
I had to ask twice and each time I got attitude from the lady that was serving us. She didn't smile once and I was shocked because when I walk into a McDonalds, I expect the best serice as that was always their trademark.
SUCH ATTITUDE WILL CHASE AWAY A LOT OF CLIENTS.
I was pouring my sugar in the coffees as I ordered 3 coffees and the lady gave me look that completely startled me and she asked, "Are you still throwing sugar in??? " I just looked at her and said, "not anymore.." I took my order and left. After 25 minutes of waiting.
I am deeply shocked and I will never ever go back to that branch again. The staff is terrible, the food was great but when I wanted to wipe my hands... BOOOOOOM... Absolutely L SERVIETTES!!!
CLEAN UP THAT ACT OR GET RID OF THAT TEAM BECAUSE I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE.
