Hi my boyfriend and I picked up Subway last night at like 7pm in the Umhlanga Village.
We should have turned around and walked out when we first saw that the vegetables and cold meats were all FROZEN and had freezer burn!!
We however were so hungry we decided to just get it.
My boyfriend asked the waitress to show him the parmesan roll and the waitress literally told him to wait I will show you just now.
we had to wait 2 mins for the other waitress who was playing on her phone to get off to come show us the roll.
The waitress took out the parmesan roll and when she cut the one in half for a 6 inch for me. My boyfriend then asked for his half to be brown bread, she clicked her tongue at us and told us she had already taken it out!!!
So I said we telling u he wants brown bread change it, the other waitress from earlier thought i was talking to her and told me im not the one dealing with you, you must talk to her!!
Took her 20 minutes to make two rolls..
After having half of mine I started feeling nauseous and vomited in the car on the way home.
I NOW HAVE FOOD POISONING!!
The service and the food are so disgusting I will never go there again or recommend it to anyone!
