Very bad service with an even worse attitude

We went for lunch on Saturday afternoon. Having had bad service previously, we braved going there a third time, what a disaster! Our waitress took our drinks order without bringing the bread to the table, We decided to start off with water, which arrived. Still no bread. The waitress gave us attitude. I asked her if she had a problem with us. If so, we would prefer for someone else. Being regular OB foodies, we placed the order. After about 10 minutes, I left to get my daughter some pops @ KFC returning about 10 minutes later. My husband was talking to the store manager as our food had not arrived. He had to ask for the bread as well. The manager went to check on our order and said it had only been placed 9 minutes ago. That would be impossible as I had gone and come back which meant our waitress did not place the order. The manager wasn't really interested in what we had to say and was on the defence of the waitress. When we said we were going to log this on Hello Peter, he said we were welcome to. When I asked if he was going to rectify the bad service, he said that there was nothing wrong. We left without getting our meal.
This was an overall bad experience. I won't recommend them to anyon
