We've been to Nandos ordered our meal and waited for half an hour, we had a trainee waitress serve us, with our meal we ordered Portuguese rolls, as always its served with butter.. The waitress didn't initially say there was no butter until my husband was ready to take his roll he searched for the butter and when we noticed there wasn't any, so we called the waitress to ask, she was like we don't have butter because the delivery truck is late.. I mean how is this possible? Don't they stock in advance and shouldn't we be notified before we served? Its pathetic service! They even handed one serviette per person..ridiculous! Its disgusting customer service.
