I must admit that before this incident, this place was my chosen place to eat if i was at a shopping centre until this incident.
I decided to have a sub of the day at SUBWAY CRESTA last Friday the 15th February. I was given a roll with 1 piece of Macon half the size of the roll with two dried out slices of tomato and two dried out slices of cucumber.(I HAVE PICTURES AS WELL) I was barely allowed to have sauce and had to beg not to pay for extra. I could not have anything else on this roll and had to fight the entire time just to make this roll edible. I don't need 5 star food but this was just shocking. I feel that these kinds of places need to look at their business strategies because service is a package. Service is so important for customer experience and this place totally ignores this fact. The Subway at Northgate is fantastic. The rest of the franchises could really learn a thing or two. I will NEVER eat at any SUBWAY franchise ever again. I am so angry and I hope this reaches many people before they all waste their money.
