I placed an order at 12h07 for a Wrap and 2 pieces of chicken (1 with mash and 1 with chips & Portuguese roll). This Nandos is approximately 1km from my work. The till slip shows that the order was placed at 12h07 but I only received it at 13h10. The chips were cold and there was no bread roll but the till slip says Port Roll and I paid for the Meal! My colleagues were not impressed to wait so long and then she did not get her bread roll and that her chips were cold!
Please Nandos, if I get the people at work to order Nandos with me, then I expect the food
to be delivered within 30 minutes of ordering and the food should still have a temperature (Hot).
There is nothing worse than cold chips!
