I went to derogos to buy food on 31012013, to my surprise after asking the Lady who was there if they accepted cards she said yes. Five minutes later after placing an order for a chicken swarma I was asked by another lady with the gold tooth to come through and make a payment... To my shock 1. the lady studies by bank card "which belonged to my husband" then I asked why is she looking at my card that way as it's a security bridge (easy to purchase with the card on line if you have the full card number as it works like a credit card and the owners name as well). She said she was looking at the surname it for Sotho or Zulu. what nonsense is that? Is that how the staff operates I think people should be warned as its risky if staff members study clients cards. 2. When I got to the office the order was wrong I got dagwood with a raw beef petti, egg with a medium size egg shell inside "HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! " what made it worse when I called the number advertised inside the shop to speak to management I called 5 times 0113339977 without an answer... How do I know my husband's card is safe?!! I dont want the lady fired by this needs atten (do not disclose my cell no. 2 d staff)
