Poor service, bad attitude and costmer disrepect

On the 28.10.2013 at 13:30pm, I was at the shop to purchase only to find both assistants fast asleep. I had to wake them as they were not waking up. they had no name badges worn. the first lady woke up and asked what I wanted then I placed the order for a monster on a sugar cone. she didn't know the price so she had to wake the other lady up. then I placed an order. she saw me pulling out a bank card to pay then she asked the other lady to come help her out as she doesn't know how to process a purchase on speedpoint. the second lady because she was lazy to stand up she responded that she doesn't take card payment for one cone (small purchases). I then asked what is the minimal purchase allowed on the card, she then said doesn't know. I was talking to them in English, so they thought I don't understand Zulu. the first lady that woke up turn around and told the other lady that im irritating in Zulu. I asked them their names they said it personal, I asked the owner name or manager I was told they don't know, the telephone number they said they don't know it. the second lady told the first lady that she must leave me eventually I will leave. all of this said in Zulu in a very rude manner.
