I understand that you have a queue full of people with a new system for orders according to who ordered when, but when you have a full drive-thru and people decide to go inside to order 3 sparkling crushes I'm sure the wait would have to be shorter as it is just one person needed to fill three little cups.
When i complained about waiting 20 minutes some lady helped me gave me the wrong order i ordered 2 virgin mojitos and 1 strawberry sunrise. I got 3 virgin mojitos, I got so angry i left the slip took my order as is and walked out.
What happens if someone comes and just orders a cone? do they have to wait 20 minutes as well.
A week ago my boyfriend was in the drive through for an hour just to be told he has to go and place his order inside to then come home with 5 rolls and 1 piece of chicken short.
This was my favorite drink and we would have KFC on a regular basis and now KFC has lost a valued customer.
