On the 4th Feb My 2 sisters & I were in JHB CDB & decided to get some Chicken Licken at The Bridge. After the queue I placed my order: Fam Full House R74.90 & Hot wings8 R39.90 and I paid with R150 & I was given R35.20 change. I then went to wait for my order & after 5 minutes Zandile, the cashier called me. I went to the small window to my surprise she then tells me I gave fake R50!! After she arguing with me I requested to see the manager & a lady came saying she was &, yes I had given them fake money & that she realized when she was going to drop it! I asked how could someone pay, be given slip & change, after 5 minutes called & told had paid with fake money? They have handled more customers after me, if she was going to drop money means she had more that R150 for sure.
After another 5 minutes arguing she trowed my order and I left the shop to realize when I was in the parking that I was not even given my drink and the meat was 1 piece short in all 2 orders, I have the pics. I went back and fetched my drink. I've never been humiliated like this before. This was the worst ever experience in my life & if this is the kind of managers you produce to insult paying customers by not
