We visit the KFC at Zambezi Junction on a regular basis, seeing that it is our nearest KFC branch. Last night, 22 August 2013 we once again visited the said KFC. Firstly I do not understand the need for a person standing outside the ordering window in the drive-thru taking orders and then immediately giving the orders to the person sitting right next to her on the inside. The lady was so rude and talked to her friend on the inside to loudly it gave our baby boy a fright. What a waste of time going through a third person? However, we ordered our food and waited and waited. We waited for approximately 30 minutes in the drive thru with only one car in front of us. Seeing that we have two small kids in the car this is not what you would expect from a drive-thru service seeing that this is supposed to safe time. This is not the first time we waited this long at this specific branch. Then when we got home, exhausted from the wait, when I opened the boxes of chicken you could smell the burned smell of it. It tasted even worse. This is the second time we purchased chicken at this specific branch that tasted burned. This is the worst taste ever! To the bin it went yet again.
