I was extremely disappointed with Nando's tonight. My boyfriend and I tried to place a take away order, after finally getting hold of someone after half an hour, we were told that our order would be ready for collection in 20 minutes. Upon arrival, we waited ANOTHER 40Mins. Our order number was 32 and we had people with the order numbers of 39 and above being served before us. At one point they had lost half of our order and then gave us the wrong drinks and I had to kindly explain to them that this is unacceptable. When we got home, I had been given the wrong piece of chicken, my wedges were stale as can be and my boyfriend's wedges were almost raw. The starter livers we ordered were inedible as they were burnt and as hard as rocks.
We have noticed over the past few months that this particular branch has been declining but this is absolutely ridiculous!! I don't mind having to wait for food but then at least tell me the correct time and give me food that is of a good standard.
