Ordered food from Mt Edgecome for the whole office. Orders incorrect. Landline out of order so can't get through. Phoned Regional office to get Manager's Cell. Number given to me wasn't manager's cell number, but a cell number linked to the switchboard so that was out of order as well. I asked for Area Manager's number (to try and find out how I could get in contact with Mt Edgecome manager to rectify order as half our staff are sitting around while the others are eating) and was told that she would be very upset if her number was given to a customer.
