Inconsistency

I have been using the Bedfordview Nando's for sometime and everytime i went there it was a either the food that was not fresh, the service is terrible, the cashier bearly understands and last sunday just put the cherry on the top. The manager was at the till, whilst ringing up the order did not hand the till slip to sign just threw it on the counter. We sat outside and was waiting for sometime for our food, walked back and realised the manager is having a fat conversation and not checking that orders are going out to customers. Finally our food arrived, it was ice cold and my folk was dirty, i then went back into the store to find the manager sitting at a table stuffing her face with food, i then asked her for a clean folk she said ask the ladies at the back. No applogy nothing. That was the last straw, i will not go to Nando's Bedfordview again!!!
