DISGUSTING QUALITY AND SERVICE!

We placed a large order for an office Christmas lunch at the Nando's Durban North branch on Broadway. There were problems with the order which we went and spoke to the manager (Knowledge) about. Firstly, there was no extra slice of cheese on a burger which was specifically ordered and paid for. The manager told me he could give me the slice of cheese or refund - fine. Secondly, there was no extra sauce on another burger - also specifically ordered. The manager said there was nothing he could do. Finally, on a 1/4 chicken piece, the inside was RAW!!! We only discovered this after eating through to the bone of the chicken. The lady who ate it, felt sick. The manager said that because it was already eaten there was nothing he could do. Does this mean that the quality control at the Durban North branch is non-existent since the manager told us we should have checked the chicken before it was eaten? Why would you check the inside of a 1/4 chicken piece when trusting this franchise to produce quality food? The service we received was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The manager in question kept interrupting our complaint and spoke over us - he was rude and unprofessional.
