Shame! There is no communication within your company. I was just at the branch last week and they confirmed that I have not been receiving the 4 gig's, did you think I just came up with this info. Furthermore, I have now written to the regional manager-awaiting feedback-don't think I'll get anything. I went to the Regional office and asked to see a manager after all my letters, emails, phone calls, visiting the branches etc. and Miss Peggy refused to see me... what are managers for people! The consultant just said I must grab a number and sit in the row for a consultant as I did not have proof on me for all the letters etc. I wrote. So I take that as a refusal as I asked her twice that I want to see a manager. Anyway, I am still sitting with the problem and I guess I'll wait forever for someone to contact me and say it has all be sorted. Well done MTN, Cell C will receive another customer, cause that's were I'm going.
