To be honest, I love Nando's food, but something has to be done about the staff at pavilion, they are terrible at providing a good service. I have complained about this branch before and again I recently encountered a terrible service. all I asked was for the waitress to get me an extra cool drink which I will pay for, and she says that her manager said that they are not allowed to serve the customers, what kind of sit in place tells their staff not to provide service to the customers. The pavilion branch should go for a day of training to the bluff Nando's, where I have always received great service, the manager there even comes to your table to ask if everything is ok, kinda like sitting in a 5 star restaurant.
