I was one of the millions you won x box true the monopoly game at mcdonalds. Ive left complaints on there actual face book account but just excuses. Its been more than 3 months and nothing. Mcdonalds replied on one of my facebook complaints and stated that someone will contact me that wednesday and brief me. Iw as contacted just by telling me that they were shorting my id copy, and this after 2 months!!! I did however mailed my id twice to (I've supplier contacts me info will be given) and that was the last. Not even a call to say that they have received the copy and this will be the following steps. This is false advertising and just goes to show what Mcdonalds customer service is!!! Its all about the money and not satisfying customers needs. Please advice how can i bring this under consumer protections act attention please. Regards Duan de Beer.
