I ordered a Pizza at Kempton Park, the time was 18:29 when I received my slip and I only received the Pizza at 19:05 after asking Andiswa what is happening with my order. She was on her way walking out of the shop, maybe she was on Lunch I don't know but she just gave us the pizza without apologising or even feeling bad that we waited for more than 30 minutes for what is supposed to be a FAST FOOD! and to top this OFF the Pizza was cold!! We then drove all the way home, relaxed after the frustration and we decided to finally have supper, we got the WORST surprise of our lives.. The Pizza did NOT look right, it just looked like something else we did not order.. It was all over the place, it was cut as if someone was doing us a favour and it was not a triple cheese as we had requested. When we took it back for a refund, Karabo totally agreed with me and without any worries he told Andiswa to just refund me and he continued blowing balloons for another client. THAT!! Got me even more frustrated and just decided to leave that place before I LOST it completely... I have never received such disgusting service in ages... Those people need serious customer service skills!!!
