Countrywide promotions do not apply to Milnerton

I am a frequent visitor the this branch but lately they have been ignoring McDonalds SA advertising.
Every morning I hear about the Egg McMuffin and small coffee for R18.50 (or something like that), which is also advertised on the McDonalds SA website!
McDonalds Milnerton tells me each time that I can only order the more expensive Egg McMuffin meal!! With hash-brown for R25.50. When I tell them about this promotion they are just rude and ignore me???
I was under the impression McDonlads was focused on customer care and satisfaction?? I am definitely being done in by McDonalds!
