2 different burgers, 1 name!

Twice now I frequented McDonalds Vereeniging... and twice it happened that the photo of the Big Mac on the box and the content of the box do not look the same at all!!! Isn't that a misrepresentation???
Just asking... but I see McDonalds do not even respond to their complaints!!
