My birthday was the 26th of February when my husband decided to treat me to a Groupon Voucher special at the Famous Butchers Grill. We had made the reservation and all was confirmed for my birthday. We arrived at the restaurant when the guy at the front desk couldn't find our reservation. We were seated, when i asked if we could possibly be moved to another seat as we were seated in the middle of the floor and there was another comfortable seat nearby was going to be available. The waiter that seated us wasn't very friendly and said they were fully booked, but would see what he could do. We ordered our drinks and when it arrived, we were told to order our food as well as the kitchen was busy. I said to the waiter that we had just been seated and would like a few mins, he added that 2 big groups were coming in and we were to hurry. Needless to say our food came in 5mins, served by another waiter and we were still not moved. The first waiter then came to ask if we still wanted to move, it was too late as we were already eating. We weren't checked on at all. Disgusting service, just because we were a young couple?? Groupon or not, young or old
